The Saga

The longships have landed on a frozen island no map has drawn. Every jarl's camp sits the same march from the great mountain at its heart, and every one of them can see only what its own people see.

Eldvyrn: Fog of War is a Norse real-time strategy game for two to six commanders. Send villagers to cut pine and dig iron, raise barracks and wolf dens, then lead your host into the fog, where scouts, ravens and seers decide who strikes first. Win by burning every rival camp, holding the summit, or claiming the land itself.

True fog of war

Black where you have never looked, grey where you once did, full colour only where your people stand. Caravans, camps and armies vanish the moment you look away.
A new island every war

Bays, skerries, a hundred hills and rivers running off one great mountain. Each island is rolled from a seed and grows with the number of commanders, fair for every camp.
Five generals, fifteen abilities

Lead with Ryan's shield wall, Nick's thunder charge, Brandon's bloodlust, Blake's ravens or Adella's valkyrie grace. Each has an aura, an active and an ultimate.
Wolves, trolls and ravens

Wolf packs hunt on your army's wings and bite from the flank. Trolls break sieges. Raven scouts see over the trees and only arrows can bring them down.
Stamina wins battles

Running, charging and blocking all cost breath. Rotate tired men off the front line, rest your reserves, and strike when the enemy wall is gasping.
The War Chronicle

Every match is written down: each battle and what it changed, the rise and fall of every kingdom, and the awards. Replay the saga from the victory screen or the main menu.
